Burlington Township is seeking a Full-Time Deputy Municipal Clerk. Applicant must be a Burlington Township Resident.
Responsibilities include functions of the Municipal Clerk’s Office, including preparation of agendas, resolutions, ordinances, meeting minutes, dog licenses, assisting with elections, records management, completing open public records requests, various types of licensing, filing, and interacting with the public. Other duties may include vital statistics and preparation for special events. Successful candidate must be detailed oriented and possess excellent customer service, written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel a must. Salary to commensurate with qualifications and responsibilities.
